Watch for biased editing with liberal newspapers

Here is what I sent in to the paper, notice that the actual date of the event is included, the bottom version of the announcement is the version that went into the newspaper, some minor editing along with having the date of the event removed. It is obvious that we have liberal newspapers everywhere including this local one called, The Daily Reflector. This is not the first time our announcements have been 'fixed' and I am no longer going to sit down and take it.

For IMMEDIATE RELEASE:Republican Women of Pitt County will meet Thursday, January 21st at Brook Valley Country Club at noon for their monthly luncheon and business meeting. The program will feature Noel (Chris) Cayton of the Beaufort County Committee for Constitutional Studies, a non profit organization that sponsors annual study courses on the Constitution in the tradition of the founding fathers. We will also be conducting a drive for Give2theTroops for sandwich and larger storage bags to help the organization in packing necessary items for our military troops deployed around the world. Last month our club collected money for Give2theTroops for needed supplies. Please RSVP by calling (removed for this blog publication)
